The PMC always organises a summer BBQ and once again this will probably be held in September. However, the Paragon BBQ is available for all to use. In order to operate some sort of "system" or "BBQ diary" if you would like to use the BBQ for a "private party / use" please could you "book it" in advance through me. Please could you e-mail me letting me know when you would like to use the BBQ and a first-come-first-served system will operate. Additionally we ask you to give Campbell £10 each time the BBQ is used which will mean that Campbell will clean the BBQ after you have used it (in the past we have had a lot of problems with the BBQ not being cleaned after use) and also be responsible for ensuring that the gas cylinder is always full / with sufficient gas.
