Any modification to a
leasehold property within The Paragon requires PMC
consent.
Residents planning to make changes should, at the
earliest opportunity, contact the
Managing Agent to obtain
a Consent Form.
Standard Local
Authority planning consents may be required in
addition to the PMC consent.
Obtaining Local
Authority Planning Permission does not remove the
requirement to obtain written consent from the PMC prior
to any work taking place.
The lease states that
residents/owners should not apply for local authority
planning permission until building approval has been
agreed by the PMC.
Residents/owners should
take note that the PMC meets monthly and decisions are
only made at these regular scheduled meetings.
